Tyson Jackson is a real estate developer, investor, and strategic operator with over a decade of experience across commercial and residential assets throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan Region.
A Maryland native, Tyson’s passion for real estate began at an early age through architectural design and spatial planning—developing concepts that blended creativity with functionality. That early foundation has evolved into a career centered on transforming underutilized assets into high-performing, design-forward investments.
Throughout his career, Tyson has led operations, budgeting, capital planning, and repositioning strategies across institutional-quality office portfolios, while also managing and executing multimillion-dollar capital improvement projects. His experience spans asset management, development oversight, construction coordination, and investor reporting—providing a full-spectrum understanding of the real estate lifecycle.
He is the Founder of BluPrint Companies, a real estate development, investment, and management consulting firm focused on design-build execution, asset repositioning, and value creation across commercial and residential assets. Through BluPrint, Tyson has been involved in the planning, design, and execution of hundreds of redevelopment and capital improvement projects.
Tyson is also the Founder of Ascension Development Group, the investment and development platform driving ground-up development, strategic partnerships, and long-term portfolio growth. Ascension is built on a vision of creating meaningful, purpose-driven real estate that not only delivers strong financial returns, but also contributes to community impact through intentional design, financial literacy initiatives, and development-focused education.
His approach is rooted in aligning vision with execution—targeting investments that deliver 25–35% returns through strategic acquisition, thoughtful design, and disciplined project management.
As he continues to expand into larger-scale development and investment opportunities, Tyson remains committed to building a legacy platform that integrates real estate, community impact, and generational wealth creation.
